I photographed the Barrington Car Show for Cooper’s Restaurant. They had a booth with some yummy food, and a balloon artist who did beautiful face-painting as well. Classic cars and good food… what a great combo!
Uncle Kracker Concert – Hard Rock Cafe, Chicago
We had the opportunity to photograph Uncle Kracker’s concert at Hard Rock Cafe Chicago. What a great concert! He was easy-going and gracious to his fans, from the meet-and-greet in the Green Room to shaking hands with those bold enough to jump on stage. I had a hard time not singing along while I shot!

Portrait Fundraiser to Benefit March of Dimes
The March of Dimes is a cause near to my heart, as I’ve had several friends lose their little ones before their time. This March, I’m doing a special portrait fundraiser to benefit March of Dimes research. 40% of all profits from these two days of shooting will go towards two teams who are walking in the March for Babies. Please come out and join us for a fun day that benefits a beautiful cause! If we have enough people interested, I will open a second weekend of shooting. I would love to be able to bless both teams with an amazing donation!

My Sabrina’s 6th Birthday
It’s so hard to believe my oldest daughter just turned 6! It seems like yesterday she was coming into the world. She asked for a Tinkerbell birthday party “with dancing” this year. We have DJ lights in our basement, and we have random dance parties down there. So it’s tons of fun for the kids to bust a move at parties! My wonderful friend Gloria of A Peace of Heaven Cakes (http://apeaceofheavencakes.com/) made the incredible cake. I was in awe! Our friend Todd drew the beautiful castle (yes he’s available for mural work!). My mom did face-painting, which the kids and adults all had fun with! Happy Birthday, Bean! I love you!
March of Dimes – Walk for Babies
This year I was honored to donate my services to the March of Dimes’ Walk for Babies. It was a cold, wet day, but nothing could dampen the spirits of these walkers! I was so moved by all these families and their amazing stories.
New Year’s Eve with GreenRoom
This year we photographed GreenRoom Productions’ New Year’s Eve Bash. What a fun combination… a masquerade, an improv show, food, and a DJ for dancing! Thank you, GreenRoom, for a magical night!
